August 2009

We finished two new songs with in-studio video. We're calling the video and songs "Sugarwood", and you can download the songs here, and view the video here. Enjoy.

July 2009

I4 fest is this Saturday, July 4th at Austin's in Winter Park. We play at 8ish, and it will be Samantha's last show with us. We're super sad about it, we love her very much, but she's moving to Washington D.C. to be hugely successful in college. So please come out to see her one last time in Kingsbury.

As for Mark, TJ, and I, we'll be locking ourselves in the studio until future notice. Don't worry, we're not done. Just a little delayed.

We recorded an in-studio video, featuring two unreleased and unnamed tracks. We'll post both the audio and the video as soon as we finish it. Look for that in the next few weeks.

That's all for now. We'll be filming this weekend at I4 fest, so come out.

April 2009

We're playing Orange You Glad Fest in Orlando. The fest is May 14th-17th, and tons of great Orlando bands are playing. We play May 15th at the Peacock Room. Visit Orangeyougladfest.com for all the info.

March 2009

We posted two new recordings on the Unreleased page. The first is our version of Southern Accent by Tom Petty, with our good friend Matt Butcher taking on the vocals. The second is a cover of Bruce Springsteen's Atlantic City.

We made a video for "Lie To Me" last month that should be out soon, and our good friend Joe Glass made a great behind the scenes video. Check it out here.

Thanks for coming to see us with Pontiak. They slay.

We have shows in April all over Florida with Thrill Jockey band Arbouretum and Love is Laughter. Here are the dates:

We also started posting on our blog, so if you want more in depth details on all the latest Kingsbury news, check it out.

February 2009

If all goes to plan, we'll be shooting a video this month for the title track of the new EP "Lie To Me". Our thanks to Matt Nelson for taking the reins on the idea. We'll keep you updated as it progresses.

We've had a bunch of web traffic these days. Our thanks to all the bloggers out there spreading the good word. We posted some links on the reviews page.

We have a few shows coming up with a great band from Virginia called Pontiak.

Come join us.

December 2008

Happy Holidays! We got you a present! It's a new song called "Listen Perform and Show" and you can download it here. We started working on this track while recording some of the other songs that appeared on "Lie To Me", and we finished it up a few days ago. It's feels very electronic by comparison to most of our other recordings. We're all pretty happy with the results.

In other news, we posted pictures from our Florida tour with Woven here. You can also find more pictures on our photobucket and myspace pages. Thanks to everybody who came out. The shows went great. I would post video, but our video camera broke somewhere along the way, and all the footage is ruined. It's the season for giving, so if you want to donate to us because we're so rad, we'll buy ourselves a new camera and keep the new video coming.

That's all for now. Tell your friends, enjoy the holidays and thanks for the support!

November 2008

Welcome to the new site. We're glad you made it. Did you download the new EP yet? Click here to do so. There is a bunch of content on this site that no one has heard or seen yet, so snoop around a bit. We built this site ourselves, and we're not web designers, so as you check everything out, email us if you come across something that doesn't work like it's supposed to. We'll try to fix it. The site is a work in progress, so bookmark it, because we're going to be adding content regularly. Sign the mailing list so we can keep you in the loop. And donate some money to us, because we're broke. We've got a Florida tour with great band from Los Angeles called Woven coming up, so come and see us and tell us what you think of the new EP. See you soon.
